What movements do you use?
We primarily use Seiko NH-series automatic movements (NH35, NH36, NH38) and VK mecha-quartz movements (VK63, VK64) for chronograph builds. These are reliable, serviceable, and trusted by modders worldwide.
Are your watches waterproof?
Our watches are rated at 3ATM water resistance. This means they're splash-resistant—fine for daily wear, but not suitable for swimming or diving.
Can I make a few custom tweaks to my watch design?
Absolutely! If you have a design in mind or would like to swap out a few components, we’re more than happy to accommodate. Just drop us a message.
Are you affiliated with Seiko?
No, we are not affiliated with Seiko or any other watch brand. We use genuine Seiko movements but build our watches using custom parts.
Orders & Shipping
I just placed an order—when will my watch ship?
Our current lead time is 1 week from the date of order to completion. This timeline may vary slightly depending on order volume, but rest assured, your watch will get the care and attention it deserves.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide—except Israel and Russia—with expedited, insured delivery. You can check shipping availability at checkout.
What are the delivery methods?
We ship most of our worldwide orders through our delivery partner, DHL Express. All shipments are fully insured with tracking. All orders within Malaysia are shipped typically using Poslaju, fully insured with tracking.
Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking number in 3 business days, please contact us at info@regentmods.com
How long does delivery take?
International deliveries typically arrive within 5 days barring any unforeseen circumstances, and excluding holidays. Deliveries within Malaysia typically arrive within 2 days barring any unforeseen circumstances, and excluding holidays.
Will I be charged customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the watch is unworn and in original condition. Please note: custom orders may not be eligible for return.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all our watches come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents.
