It started in a tiny apartment with a set of shaky tweezers, a scratched NH35, and a growing obsession.

I wasn’t born into watches. I didn’t grow up around Swiss boutiques or Rolex catalogs. I just knew I couldn’t afford the watches I loved—and the more I looked into them, the more I realized I didn’t want to. What I wanted was style & substance. I wanted the ability to wear something that felt mine, not just something expensive.

That’s when I discovered Seiko mods.

What began as a late-night rabbit hole turned into a full-blown craft. I built my first custom Seiko for fun—then one for a friend, then two, then ten. Every build taught me something new. Every detail mattered. The hobby turned into a passion, and that passion turned into Regent Mods.
